A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (if approved - 24 hrs of purchase). Flower sales are final. Refunds for Floral sales will only be issued for non-delivery.
- State of return (if approved - UNUSED & in original packaging)
- Reason for return (if approved -e.g. damaged product)

- REFUNDS & EXCHANGES require management approval.
- All professional services are non-refundable. (NO EXCEPTION!)
- Credit card return merchant fee (4.4%) and restock fee (30% of sales price) apply to all purchases.
